1. Application of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Voyos ("Company", "we", "us") and users ("you", "your") in connection with the use of the AI-based personalized podcast service ("Service") provided by the Company.

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Voyos provides the following services:

• AI-based automated generation of personalized podcast content
• Information collection and summarization from external sources such as HackerNews and Reddit
• Script generation using GPT-4o
• Voice conversion using OpenAI TTS
• Personal RSS feed provision
• Podcast episode management and storage
• Schedule-based automatic generation

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Eligibility

• Individuals or entities aged 14 or older
• Those who can provide accurate and complete information
• Those who are willing to comply with these Terms

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect account theft or unauthorized use
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared with others

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Provision of false information
• Use of the Service for illegal purposes
• Infringement of the rights of others
• Interference with the normal operation of the Service

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

The Service may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, separate inquiry is required.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Accessing the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Bypassing or disabling security features of the Service
• Interfering with the Service through excessive API requests
• Generating illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or defamatory content
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Sharing or selling RSS tokens without authorization

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing Plans

• Free: 10 episodes per month, basic features
• Pro: $9.99/month, 100 episodes per month, priority queue
• Premium: $19.99/month, unlimited episodes, API access

5.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew and continue until canceled
• Fees are charged monthly on the subscription date
• Service may be restricted in case of payment failure

5.3 Price Changes

We may change the pricing and will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes. Changed prices will apply from the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, software, design, logos, trademarks, etc. belong to the Company. You may not use, copy, or distribute these without authorization.

6.2 User Content

You own the interest descriptions you input, generated episodes, and other content ("User Content"). However, you grant us the following rights to provide the Service:

• Right to input into AI models to generate content
• Right to store generated audio and provide it via RSS feed
• Right to analyze anonymized data for service improvement

6.3 AI-Generated Content

The copyright to AI-generated scripts and audio belongs to you, but you understand that complete originality cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of AI.

7. Disclaimer and Warranty Disclaimer

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "AS IS" and we do not warrant the following:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content
• Reliability of information from external sources (HackerNews, Reddit, etc.)
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccurate information. You must independently verify information before making important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
• Failures of third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
• Third-party claims arising from User Content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and costs arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Third-party rights infringement due to User Content
• Violation of applicable laws

10. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

We may modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. In the event of Service termination, we will provide at least 30 days notice and refund the remaining subscription period.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms when necessary, and significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
• Failure to exercise any right shall not be deemed a waiver of such right
• These Terms may not be assigned without your consent, but we may assign them in the event of merger or acquisition
