• Payment information is processed through Stripe, and we do not store credit card information directly
• Only subscription status, plan information, and Stripe customer ID are stored

• Service Provision: AI-based personalized podcast content generation and delivery

• RSS Feed: Personal RSS feed generation and provision

• Payment Processing: Subscription management and billing

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to provide our service:

• OpenAI: GPT-4o (script generation), TTS-1 (voice conversion) - processes user interests and generated content
• Tavily: Web search API - processes user interest keywords
• Stripe: Payment processing - payment information and subscription management
• HackerNews/Reddit: Public content collection (no personal information transmitted)

These third-party services process data according to their respective privacy policies.

5. Personal Information Retention and Use Period

• Member Information: Until account deletion
• Episode Data: Until user deletion or account termination
• Payment Records: Retained for 5 years in accordance with e-commerce laws
• Access Logs: Retained for 3 months in accordance with telecommunications privacy laws

However, if there are special provisions under applicable laws, we will retain information for the required period.

6. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been achieved will be destroyed without delay:

• Electronic files: Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery
• Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated
